Begin your day or recover during the day with a nature relaxation! This activity helps you become calm, relaxed and recharged to continue your day's program!
We will begin the activity with a short lecture about stress, recovery and the health benefits that come from spending time in nature. You will learn how nature can help us along the way to healthier self! The program includes a few breathing exercises; deep breathing is a good and quick way to relax, reduce tension and relieve stress. We also make an imaginary journey, connect our senses with nature and learn why being present in the moment is important for our health.
- Duration 30 minutes
- This activity can be arranged in all weather conditions :) and all year around
- The group size can be even up to 200 persons depending on the size of your meeting room / auditorium
- If you wish we can also light a campfire in the field next to Haltia, feel the atmosphere of the fire and cook traditional pot coffee (separate program and price, please ask more by email)
- The default location is Nature Center Haltia, also other locations are possible
- Please note that the price is for the activity, the charges of the meeting room / auditorium will be added
